Biz4d works under the principles of a social impact business, meaning; we work independently with professional business principles on the one hand and measure our results according to the social impact they achieve on the other hand. Our model was inspired by persons like Professor Muhammad Yunnus, who received the Nobel price for peace for creating the "bank for the poor" in Bangladesh.
We believe, that as responsible citizens we should not only leave it up to our governments alone to solve the social challenges in our countries and around the world. We believe that we as citizens need to get up and be the masters of our own living on earth by showing responsibility.
We believe that the traditional way of working with money: earning it in a "dirty" industry and then donating it for social projects should remain history. The financial crisis and environmental degradation show that we need to stop accepting that business has a high price for our values and the environment while "social" and "good" needs to be provided for free. As a consequence we believe that responsible business is a way to tackle social challenges.
We believe that a professional way of working towards social goals is the more sustainable way of meeting today's challenges worldwide.
